Chapter XIV contains miscellaneous provisions required for the effective implementation of the Code on Social Security, 2020. It includes creation and use of the Social Security Fund, application of Aadhaar, exemptions, power to defer or reduce contributions, transfer of establishment, members and officers as public servants, protection of actions taken in good faith, rule- and regulation-making powers, power to amend Schedules, transitional provisions, removal of difficulties and repeal and savings.
अध्याय XIV सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2020 के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक विविध प्रावधानों को समाहित करता है। इसमें सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोष की स्थापना और उपयोग, आधार के प्रयोग से संबंधित प्रावधान, छूट देने की शक्ति, योगदान को स्थगित या कम करने की शक्ति, प्रतिष्ठान के हस्तांतरण की स्थिति में देयता, सदस्यों और अधिकारियों को लोक सेवक माना जाना, सद्भावना से किए गए कार्यों की सुरक्षा, नियम और विनियम बनाने की शक्तियाँ, अनुसूचियों में संशोधन की शक्ति, संक्रमणकालीन प्रावधान, कठिनाइयों को दूर करने की शक्ति तथा निरसन और उपबचाव से जुड़े प्रावधान शामिल हैं।
