📜 What is Advisory Board?
Chapter V provides for the constitution, composition and functions of Central and State Advisory Boards under the Code on Wages, 2019. These Boards are tasked with advising the appropriate government on matters relating to fixation of minimum wages, increasing coverage and improving wage and bonus policies.
अध्याय V वेतन संहिता, 2019 के अंतर्गत केंद्र और राज्य स्तर पर परामर्शी बोर्डों की स्थापना, गठन और कार्यों से संबंधित प्रावधान देता है। ये बोर्ड न्यूनतम वेतन निर्धारण, कवरेज बढ़ाने तथा वेतन और बोनस नीति में सुधार से जुड़े विषयों पर उपयुक्त सरकार को परामर्श प्रदान करते हैं।
