Chapter IX contains miscellaneous provisions required for effective implementation of the Code on Wages, 2019. It deals with matters such as delegation of powers, protection of actions taken in good faith, rule-making powers of the appropriate government, removal of difficulties and repeal and savings.
अध्याय IX वेतन संहिता, 2019 के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए आवश्यक विविध प्रावधानों को समाहित करता है। इसमें शक्तियों के प्रत्यायोजन, सद्भावना से किए गए कार्यों की सुरक्षा, उपयुक्त सरकार की नियम बनाने की शक्ति, कठिनाइयों को दूर करने की व्यवस्था तथा निरसन और उपबचाव से संबंधित प्रावधान शामिल हैं।
