This chapter sets out the mechanism for payment and recovery of amounts due under the Code on Wages, 2019, including claims by employees for short payment or non-payment of wages and bonus. यह अध्याय वेतन संहिता, 2019 के अंतर्गत देय राशियों के भुगतान और वसूली की व्यवस्था निर्धारित करता है, जिसमें कर्मचारियों द्वारा वेतन या बोनस के कम या न मिलने पर दावे करना शामिल है। यह दावों की सुनवाई करने वाली प्राधिकृत अधिकारियों, वसूली आदेश तथा लेखा-परीक्षा और अभिलेख संधारण संबंधी आवश्यकताओं को भी निर्धारित करता है।
