📜 What is Payment of Wages?
Chapter III lays down the rules for timely payment of wages, authorised modes of payment and lawful deductions. It regulates wage periods, last date of payment, responsibility of employer and safeguards against unauthorised or excessive deductions under the Code on Wages, 2019.
अध्याय III वेतन के समय पर भुगतान, स्वीकृत भुगतान माध्यम और वैध कटौतियों से संबंधित प्रावधान निर्धारित करता है। यह वेतन अवधि, भुगतान की अंतिम तिथि, नियोक्ता की जिम्मेदारी तथा वेतन संहिता, 2019 के तहत अनधिकृत या अत्यधिक कटौतियों के विरुद्ध संरक्षण प्रदान करता है।
